The COVID-19 Call for Papers will end January 31, 2021.

Racism has been persistent problem in the United States throughout its history. Although some gains have been made in the more recent past, there is still considerable racial inequality that permeates society as well as the organizations within it. This special issue focuses on anti-Black racism in the U.S.

This is a new call for papers for the Consulting Psychology Journal. The theme of the issue is: "State of Progress for Initiatives Supporting Women in Leadership Across Industries and Contexts"

The recent surge of women’s leadership programs, coaching, and consulting for women reflects an ongoing interest and need to support more women serving as leaders in organizations, in politics, and our communities and society at large. 

Game-based assessment (GBA) and gamification of assessments have emerged as promising directions for applied measurement. Both merge the science of high-quality psychometric assessment with research from the interdisciplinary field of human-computer interaction and games research.

The gamification of assessment involves the redesign of existing assessments by adding game elements, whereas GBA promises fully formed start-to-finish assessment experiences in which a game is played and won or lost, and the scores produced by that game can be used meaningfully.  Relatively little research is available evaluating gamified assessment or GBA, particularly in applied contexts with rigorous methodology, thus the focus of the present CFP.

Call for Organizational Behavior and Human Resource Management cases for the 2020 North American Case Research Association (NACRA) annual meeting. The submission deadline is June 15, 2020, and the website for the conference and call for proposals may be found here (http://www.nacra.net/conference/call-for-cases/)

NACRA is an excellent conference for case writers. Case writers whom cases are selected will participate in the conference, receiving tailored feedback through NACRA’s distinctive round-table setting. For new case writers, NACRA offers a “start-up” workshop, where first-time case authors can present 2-page early cases for an in-depth discussion on how to shape their research into a full case and instructor’s manual. Traditionally, conference presenters have aimed to publish their research in the publication of NACRA, the Case Research Journal. In addition, cases published in the Case Research Journal are distributed by Harvard Business Publishing, The Case Center, Study.net, and Wilfrid Laurier University.  While “NACRA” has the words “North American” in its title, know that scholars from around the world presented at the just-concluded 2019 conference, and there were special awards given for cases written in French, Spanish and Chinese.
